Origin: Wool from British BFL and South American Corriedale sheep, spun in Peru.
Care instructions: Machine washable in the wool program, ideally with a wool detergent at 30 °C or below. Dry flat, do not dry in the sun or tumble dry. Avoid wringing and twisting.
DESCRIPTION: Superwash Bluefaced/Corriedale 4-ply is a soft and robust yarn that is full of warmth and character. It is an easy-care blend of 50% Superwash British Bluefaced Leicester and 50% South American Superwash Corriedale wool, which is 100% mulesing free. It has a strong depth of color with a lustrous shimmer.
The Bluefaced Leicester sheep breed is renowned for producing some of the finest British wool. It is wonderfully soft with a characteristic sheen and silky texture.
In combination with the South American Corriedale, a cuddly wool with long, strong fibers that is full of crimp and luster, Superwash Bluefaced/Corriedale 4-ply really is the perfect combination.
